She had lived in the district for 35 years before moving to Oregon after her husband, Frank Johnson Covey, died here in 1947.

She was survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Jessie LeMoine and Mrs. Virginia Shelton, both of Miami, AZ, Mrs. Mary Hix, Mrs. Bessie Spruks and Mrs. Erna Wendel, all of Grandview, Wash., and Mrs. Denie Barber and Mrs. Ethel Murdock, both of Turner, Ore.; and one sister.
