BEAR LAKE - John F. Kaszubowski, 62, of Route 2, 17246 Swanson Lake Rd. formerly of Petersburg, died Friday in his home.

Friends may call after 7 tonight in the Spencer Funeral Home, Petersburg, where services will be at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Ben Pike of Springville Community Bible Church, Thompsonville, will officiate and burial will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Petersburg.

He was employed with the Gordon Manufacturing Co. while a resident in Petersburg.

He is survived by his wife, Lillian; four daughters, Mary Ann Kaszubowski at home, Mrs. Robert (Arlene) Coleman of Tecumseh, Jeanette Beck of Adrian and Mrs. Thomas (Patricia) Himburg of Petersburg; two sisters, Florence Watros of Center Lake and Blanch Wieschowski of Alpena, and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a stepfather.

PETERSBURG - John F. Kaszubowski, 62, of 17246 Swanson Rd., Bear Lake, died Christmas Day at his home.

He was born on Feb. 27, 1919, to Joseph and Martha (Hayka) Kaszubowski, and was married to Lillian Brockway, who survives.

Mr. Kaszubowski was employed at Harvey Aluminum in Adrian and Gordon Manufacturing in Petersburg. He was a resident of Petersburg before moving to Bear Lake.

Also surviving are four daughters, Mary Ann of Bear Lake, Mrs. Robert (Arlene) Coleman of Tecumseh, Jeanette Beck of Adrian and Mrs. Thomas (Patricia) Himburg of Petersburg; seven grandchildren; and two sisters Florence Watros of Central Lake and Blanche Wieschowski of Alpena.

He was preceded in death by his parents and step-father.

F uneral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Spencer Funeral Home in Petersburg, with the Rev. Ben Pike of Thompsonville officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery in Petersburg.

Visitation will be after 7 p.m. tonight, from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour.

Mrs. Leonard Wieschowski of 616 W. Miller received word of the death of her brother, John Kaszubowski of Bear Lake, Friday (Dec. 25). Born in Alpena Feb. 27, 1919, Mr. Kaszubowski is survived by his wife, four daughters, seven grandchildren and another sister, Florence Watros of Ellsworth.
