Gilbert, 24, was last seen in Oak Beach on May 1, 2010, after apparently meeting a client she had booked through Craigslist.

Shannan's skeletal remains were found in a marsh near Oak Beach in December 2011.

Another article found says she died in Gilgo Beach, New York.

Burial was March 12, 2015.
