Guy W. Gray
FORSYTH, MT. -----Guy W. Gray served as County Clerk of Forsyth
for 35 years, was chairman of the Red Cross, secretary of the Republican Central Committee and served on the rationing board during World War I.
Mr. Gray 94, died Thursday morning at the Rosebud Community Hospital.
Born in Redwood Falls, MN., a son of Finley and Alice Crowley Gray.
He attended schools in Minnesota and came to Montana in 1913, homesteaded north of Vananda, MT.,
On June 14, 1916, he married Pernelle Wold.
They moved to Forsyth where he worked in the courthouse.
He was a member of the Federated Church of Forsyth, Hiram Lodge, No. 52, and the Forsyth Lions Club.
He is survived by his wife, a daughter Mrs. Margarette Brown of Florida, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Beals Mortuary Chapel.
Burial with Masonic graveside rites will be in the Forsyth Cemetery, Forsyth, MT.
