Franklin R. Krout, died at 5:30 o'clock yesterday morning at the home of his son Spencer E. Krout, 655 West King Street.
He was 84 years old. Mr. Krout, who was formerly of Jacobus, was a retired cigar manufacturer. He was a member of St. Paul's United Evangelical Church.
Besides his son with whom he resided, Mr. Krout leaves for other children: Dr. G.E. Krout and Mrs. Harry Boyer, Jacobus; Mrs. Charles Barshinger, Red Lion and Charles Krout, Harrisburg; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon with services at 655 West King Street. Interment will be in the Evangelical cemetery, Jacobus. Funeral arrangements are in charge of Funeral Director, N. J. Leader, Jacobus.
