1910 census: James Sr died in 1909, Margaret, James Jr and "Stella" listed as spouse of James Jr. There was no other wife listed anywhere, even though an "Ethel" shows up in some genealogy reports. There were no children listed anywhere.
Stella was Stella Lyday, daughter of Andrew Delarma and Flora Ann Talley. Some time after 1914 and before 1930 Stella married Hamilton Pickelsimer and they were in Columbus, Ohio, until some time after 1942. She is buried at Enon Baptist Church in Penrose, NC, along with her parents.
