of the Civil War, died at his residence,
No. 146 Wall street, Sunday night after
an illness of several months, He was 68
years of age and is survived by his
widow, by two brothers, John H. and
Clauncey Castleman. By five sons
Charles, Edward, George, William and
Joseph, and by two daughters, Anna and
Frances Castleman. He served with Company
C Third New York Artillery.
