ANDREW RICHMOND GARTH -

Funeral for Andrew Richmond Garth, 75, of 12th Avenue NW, will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles B. Huggins officiating.

Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery with Reynolds Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Garth died Wednesday at Decatur General Hospital. He was a native of Morgan County and a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. He served as a deacon and a member of the male chorus at the church. He was retired from the Alabama Farmers Cooperative after 25 years of service. He was employed by the Morgan County Commission of Aging. He was a member of the George W. Braxdoll Masonic Lodge No. 28.

He is survived by his wife, Marvin Garth; two daughters, Angela Faye Trammell and Bernice Chairs, both of Decatur; one foster daughter, Erma Swoopes of Decatur; one stepbrother, Harry Grisby of Mooresville; and five grandchildren.

Masonic brothers will be pallbearers.
