Mary M. Adrian, 97, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2005, at St. Francis Home in Fond du Lac.

She was born on July 2, 1907, in De Pere, a daughter of the late George and Lena Janssen Van Dyck.

On Aug. 1, 1936, she married Dr. Ivan Adrian at St. Therese Catholic Church in Appleton.

Mary was educated in Appleton. She was a member of Holy Family Parish of Fond du Lac, St. Patrick?s Church Choir, Knights of Columbus Council #664 Auxiliary, and Daughters of Isabella.

Survivors include her loving husband, Dr. Ivan of Fond du Lac; three daughters, Adrienne (Dr. Richard) Kessler of Wisconsin Rapids, Patricia (John) Hickey of Green Bay and Mary Lou (James) Pindel of Waterford; 10 grandchildren, Jeffrey (Joan) Kessler, Lisa (David) Barrientez, David (Olga) Kessler, and Michael (Tonya) Kessler, Kathleen (Tracey) Needham, Colleen (Michael) O'Brien, and Thomas Hickey, Brian Pindel, Jennifer Carlson and Christine (Scott) Bowden; 17 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were a grandson, Timothy Kessler; two brothers, George and William Van Dyck; and two sisters, Anne Allcox and Helen Vande Wettering.

• Services: A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday, June 6, 2005, at the St. Francis Home Chapel, 33 Everett St., Fond du Lac. Father Edward Sippel will preside. Entombment will follow at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Fond du Lac.

• Visitation: Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Monday, June 6, at the St. Francis Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Fond du Lac.
