Mrs. Mary J. Goodwine, 92, died in a Washington, D.C. hospital Friday after a long illness.

Mrs. Goodwine was a resident of Tensas parish for 50 years and at the time of her death was making her home with a daughter, Mrs. W. E. Scull, Washington, D.C.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Presbyterian Church, St. Joseph, with the Rev. Bradshaw officiating.

Interment will be in the Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton under direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah.

Survivors include, besides the daughter, a son-in-law, E. H. Biggs, of St. Joseph; one sister, Mrs. Claude Sterns, Denver, Colo.; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be W. O. Caldwell, C. A. Loyd, W. M. Vinson, L. H. Cook, V. C. Rieves and Fred Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be M. D. Adams, B. D. Berry, C. B. Haddon, R. C. Reiber, Thompson Clarke, and German Baker.
