Major League Baseball Player. He was an outfielder making his debut for the Washington Senators on June 30, 1926. For nine reasons, he played with the Washington Senators in 1926, Chicago Cubs (1929-32) and the Brooklyn Dodgers (1933-36). He ended his career with a record of 650 hits, 44 homeruns, 305 runs batted in, a .979 fielding percentage and a .297 batting average.
