Mrs. Virginia June Rogers Mobley, 90, of Mount Airy, widow of Mr. Claude Mobley, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2006, in King. Mrs. Mobley was born in Stokes County, June 16, 1919, to William Henry Thompson Rogers and Susan Ann Wright Rogers. She worked in a defense plant for the military in Winston-Salem during WWII, and was a homemaker. Surviving are a son, Mike Mobley of Mount Airy; a special cousin, James Rogers of Collinsville; and several other cousins.
