The remains of Abby, wife of Stephen Ballard of Brooklyn, N. Y., were brought here Monday and on Tuesday afternoon brief services were conducted at the residence of Miss Mary A. Ballard, by Rev. F.R. Shipman.
Burial was in the family lot at the South Cemetery. Mrs. Ballard died at her home last Saturday at the age of 74 years.
