She graduated from Loyola University in Chicago Ill. with a degree in Nursing. While working at St. Bernard Hospital she met and married Leonard-on Nov. 18, 1942.While Len was away in WW2- she worked in Washington,D.C. at a Red cross Blood Bank. After the war the couple moved to Homewood, Ill.
She was survived by 6 children,Leornard V. Wargin Jr. and his wife Maria,R.Kurt Wargin and wife Linda, Melissa Wargin Shaver and her husband ,Michael,Charles R. Wargin and his wife Charlotte,Heidi Wargin McGuire and Paul Wargin and his wife Colby Parsons. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren;8 great-grandchildren;her sister Mac Davis Baker of Moore County;and her brothers Warren, Bob,and Henry Davis all of Moore County,NC.
