He died at his home 7930 Lloyd Ave. in Swissvale of congestive heart failure. Norman lived most of his life in Pittsburgh where he was active in political and fraternal groups and served as a member of the City Council. He was a member of Swissvale Methodist Church, a life member of Homewood Lodge 635 F & A M; a life member of the Loyal Order of Moose and of the Western Reserve Legion, Mooseheart Legion of the World.
