Ira J. "Bud" Loump, 65, of 821 Waterfront Drive, died at 9:10 p.m. Sunday at Lancaster General Hospital, following an illness of two days. Born in Millersville, he was the husband of Dorothy K. Bishop Knehr Loump. His first wife, Ruth Albright Loump, died in 1976. He was the son of the late Joseph M. and Ida Frey Loump. Loump served during World War II in the U.S. Army Air Corps. Surviving are a step-daughter, Brenda, wife of Kenneth L. Keener of Elizabethtown; two step-children; a brother, Aaron B. Loump of Burnville, and three sisters, Emma G. Warfel, Lancaster; Mabel E.
