Born Nov. 11, 1904, in Quitman, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Violet Turner Tarver and the widow of Arthur J. Holland.
She is survived by a daughter, Joanne Holland Barham of Conway, with whom she made her home for the past eight years; a son, Harold A. Holland and wife, Lillian M. Holland of Napa, Calif.; six grandchildren, Bob Barham of Conway, Nancy Barham of Corpus Christi, Texas, Debra Ann Sturdevant of St. Helena, Calif., Machael Ann Hern of American Canyon, Calif., Kevin A. Holland and Lee Alan Holland, both of Napa, Calif.; 10 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Holland was an employee of Southern Dry Cleaners for more than 40 years and made many friends in her life. She loved her family very dearly and was a member of Salem United Methodist Church and Palmetto Chapter Order of Eastern Star.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Salem United Methodist Church with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Jim McKay and the Rev. Bill Buchanan officiating.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
