Graveside services for Juanita Lucille Eakin, 91, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Elmore officiating.
Born Jan 9, 1912, in Reck, Oklahoma, to James L. and Harriett E. Dooley Guy, she died October 24 2003, at a local nursing home.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Winnie Mae Claypool; a daughter, Marilyn Elizabeth Eakin, and a great-granddaughter, Brenda Hall.
She married James Eakin and retired as a health-food manager in Anaheim, California.
She was a Baptist.
She is survived by her husband of the home; a brother, Wilson Guy, Wilson; three granddaughters, Kathy Livingston, Redding, California, Vickie Vail, Santa Anna, California, Brenda Hall, Virginia, two grandsons, Jeffery Lutz, Fullerton, California, and Kim Hughes, Virginia; three great-granddaughter; and two great-grandsons.
