Mrs. Helen F. Parks died at her home, First Ave. and 116th Street, Lansingburgh. She was Miss Helen F. Bates previous to marriage and was born in Lansingburgh 70 years ago. Mrs. Parks was a lifelong resident of Lansingburgh. She had been ill for some time. She was a member of St. Mark's Methodist Church of Lansingburgh and was very active in and devoted to the interest of the church. Three daughters survive, Miss Helen Bates Parks and Mrs. Lester C. Higbee, of Troy, and Mrs. John F. Masterson of Yonkers.
