E. W. Seymour Passes Away -- Funeral Will Be Held Tomorrow at St. Mary’s Church –

Edward W. Seymour died Sunday night at about midnight at the home, 234 Front street, as a result of injuries received last Tuesday, while he was superintending work in his lumber yard.

Mr. Seymour had been a prominent public man in this city for 27 years. He came to the city from Whitney Point and engaged in contracting and building business, in wich he was pre-eminently successful. He was born in Albany 59 years ago and left that city for Whitney Point at the age of 28 years.

He was one of the foremost fraternal men of this city, being a member of the B. P. O. E. and of Seminole Tribe, I.O. R. M. He is survived by his widow and two sons, Dr. Charles R. Seymour and Frank O. Seymour, both of this city.

The funeral will be held at the home tomorrow morning at 9 o’clock and at St. Mary’s Church at 9:30 o’clock. Burial will be in the Catholic Cemetery.
