Lloyd Lester Aldridge Jr., 61, of 15270 Cider Press Road, died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2006, at Waynesboro Hospital.
Born March 1, 1945, in Waynesboro, he was the son of Jeanne B. Aldridge of Chambersburg, Pa., and the late Lloyd Lester Aldridge Sr.
He was a graduate of Scotland School of Veterans Children in 1963, where he played football and ran track.
He worked for 17 years as a security truck driver for Virginia Department of Transportation.
He was a member of Otterbein Church and Ministry Center, Waynesboro.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Timothy L. Aldridge.
