"Harris, George W. Enlisted in Walker County, Alabama, February 22, 1862, at age 27, Sick at Okalona, Mississippi April 30, 1862. Sent to Corinth, Mississippi Oct of 1862. Wounded at Missionary Ridge November 25, 1863."

Place: DeKalb County. Also "the middle name is Washington".
