Sheila was born Dec. 4, 1943, to Clarence and Ruth Page in La Junta.
Sheila married the love of her life, Robert Lee Masias, on March 5, 1960. They were united in marriage for 47 years and raised four children.
In 1971, Bob and Sheila settled in Glenwood Springs with their family, where they owned and operated La Hacienda Restaurant for about nine years. Then they relocated to Grand Junction, where they owned Grand Valley Motors.
Sheila's passions in life were her husband, children and grandchildren. She loved to garden and decorate her home; her petunias were second to none.
She touched many lives with her kindness and generosity. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
She is survived by her beloved husband; daughters Vanita (David) O'Brien of Jensen, Utah, Val (Ash) Cox of New Castle, and Vanessa (Mike) Winn of Vernal, Utah; son Robbie (Tracy) Masias of Silt; grandchildren Mollie Cathleen Richens, John David O'Brien, Robert Ashley Cox, Colby Ryan Cox, McCade Andrew Cox, Danielle Rae Masias, Elizabeth Paige Masias, Madyson Leigh Masias, Desiree Antoinette Winn, Michael Joseph Winn and McCoy Joshua Winn; great-grandchild Roxlyn Nicole Richens; six sisters; two brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by both parents and one sister.
A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, at the Rifle Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at Skyline Cemetery in Silt. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at the First Baptist Church in New Castle.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the local hospice of your choice.
