On May 19, 1928 Paul married Bethel Akin. Mr. and Mrs. Clodfelter operated the Rexall Drug and managed the City Hotel in Versailles. They were both members of the Versailles Methodist Church.
On May 21, 1978 they celebrated their 50-year anniversary and were married a total of 54 years.
Paul is survived by his wife of the home, several neices and nephews.
