FUNERAL RITES TOMORROW FOR ARTHUR C. TOBIN
Funeral services for Arthur C. Tobin, president for many years of the General Fireproofing Company of Illinois, will be held at 2 p. m. tomorrow in the First Unitarian church, 57th street and Woodlawn avenue. His widow, Mrs. Helen Roche Tobin, is a daughter of the late John A. Roche, mayor of Chicago from 1887 to 1889.
Mr. Tobin, who was born in Chicago 61 years ago, died Saturday. He was formerly employed as superintendent of construction for the architect, Frank Lloyd Wright, and before that worked with Armour & Co. He was a pioneer in the metal office furnishings field, and had been with the General company since 1906. He was a member of the board of directors of the Meadville Theological school.
Surviving besides his widow, Helen, are a son, Arthur Roche Tobin, and three daughters, Mrs. Martha Tobin Hoke, Bartlesville, Okla.; Eleanore, and Jeanne. The family home is at 4907 Greenwood avenue.

Daughter Jeanne Lorraine Tobin married George Richard Kuch, son of George Adam Kuch of Minneapolis, on 19 Oct 1940 at First Unitarian.
