CHARLES DOUGLAS ANNIS was born March 23, 1950 at Bell, California; died April 9, 1970 in the Republic of Viet Nam. Charles was a veteran of the Viet Nam War, and served as a Lance Corporal with the U. S. Marine Corps. His tour of duty in Viet Nam began on February 1, 1970, and he was killed as a result of "friendly fire" action two months later on April 9, 1970. He was unmarried and left no children.
