Joyce Darlene Arnold, 51, of West Terre Haute died at 5:07 a.m. Sunday, June 20, 1999 from injuries sustained in an automoblile accident on
I-70, while en route to work. She was a manager for Johnson Oil Co. in Terre Haute where she managed several Bigfoot service stations in the area, and was currently managing a location in Spencer. She was born Dec. 13, 1947, in West Terre Haute to Robert F. Laney and Minnie Bridgewater Laney. Her husband Raymond Arnold II died June 16, 1997. Survivers include her parents of New Goshen; her mother-in-law, Mary Arnold of Central City, Ky; two daughters and sons in-law, Darla Adams and Robert Adams of Terre Haute, and Lisa Tooloose and Matthew Tooloose of Prairieton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Keith Prouse and Robin Prouse, and Mark Prouse and Lisa Prouse, all of Terre Haute; one stepson, Raymond Arnold III; one stepdaughter, Mary Beth Arnold; one sister and brother-in-law, Patricia Gosnell and Randall Scott Gosnell of New Goshen; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert E Laney and Dianne Laney of West Terre Haute; nine grandchildren.

Cremation is scheduled. Memorial services are 7 p.m. Thursday in Fitzpatrick-Pearce Funeral Home of West Terre Haute, with Brother Perry Fowler officiating. Burial of cremains will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Rosehill Cemetery in Central City, Ky. The family suggests that, if friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to your local MADD or SADD chapter, with envelopes available in the funeral home.
