Affectionately know to her nieces and nephews as "Aunt Jay", Janet Richardson was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and aunt. She was an artist, whose work is still prominently displayed in the homes of those who knew and loved her. She brought humor and love to many lives.

The last time I saw her was November 1998, at a Thanksgiving celebration dinner in Florida. We took a private stroll together by the marina after supper, and she confided to me that she wanted to write an autobiography, and asked if I would assist her with the writing and editing. We had agreed to start on the project in the winter season of 1999-2000. Then suddenly, in March 1999, she was gone without warning.

I will always fondly remember Janet Richardson with much love. Many thanks to ResrchH630 for transferring this special person's memorial to my care.
