Ella Mary Steward was the second wife of Homer Wakefield.
She was the daughter of Leonard H. Steward and Melissa Brewer Steward. Ella was born Feb. 12,1913 and died March 26, 1949. She married Homer on June 15,1932 in Crawford County, Arkansas. Ella is buried in Crown Hill Cemetery, Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas.

Ella Mary attended Douglas School, Van Buren, Arkansas and Lincoln High School, Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas.

His first wife Rose Wakefield died in 1932. Rose is buried in Fairview Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

The Crown Hill cemetery is located on Pickett Hill at the end of 25th Street.
