Alvin McDermott
Elko-Mrs. Bertha McDermott,89. died Tuesday morning at Elko General Hospital following a long illness and her son, Alvin Leroy, was later the same day found dead at his Elko residence, apparently of natural causes.
Mrs. McDermott is survived by three other sons, L.R. (Buck ) McDermott of Elko, Bill McDermott, Lamoille and pat McDermott of Elko; three daughters, Mrs. Agnes Anderson, Reno, Mrs. Ralph Lower and Mrs. C.L. Jones, both of Elko; and a brother John Churchfield.
Funeral services are pending for both Mrs. McDermott and her son at the Burns Funeral Home.
