Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Allie Welch; Two sons,Morley Welch of England and Larry Welch of Little Rock;Two daughters Pauline Bailey of Benton and Mildred Sayles of Hensley;two brothers Fred Welch of Benton and Hobert Welch of North Little Rock;a sister Tilda Tilley of Benton;14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Funeral was Saturday at Cleveland Community Church by Roller-England Funeral Home.Burial was in Cleveland Cemetery.
