Dica was the daughter of Washington S. & Cora V. (Andrews) Dillon. She had 11 brothers & sisters, Ruth, Simeon, Elijah, Malinda, Lenora, Joseph, Josephine, Virginia, Calvin, Jacob & Jonas.
She married George (Pete) Andrew Carr December 6, 1917. They were the parents of 8 children. Daveta, Nina, Ruth, Kenneth, Nadine, Keith, Mary Ann & Donna Jean.

What will we do without her,
Are there really words to say.
Just how much we'll miss her,
Now that she's gone away.

What will we do with out her,
There can never be another.
A tender face, a loving smile,
The one that we called mother.

Now the Lord has called her,
To us it might seem wrong.
She did her good deeds here on earth,
And now she's been called home.
