---Mrs. Carrie Maynard, wife of Geo. O. Maynard, died at her residence in west Green street, Wednesday night, of tonsillitis. She was sixty-three years old and removed to this city from Eckford township about three years ago. She is survived by her husband and two daughters, Mrs. E.A. Griffin of Eckford, and Mrs. Geo. Keineth of this city; and three sisters, Mrs. Eva Bates of Fort Wayne, Ind., Mrs. Addie Case of Battle Creek, and Mrs. Oliver Strong, of Burlington. She was taken sick last Sunday. The funeral will occur form the house Sunday at 1:30 p.m., and interment will be in Oakridge.
