Struck in the head by a bullet discharged accidentally from a revolver he was cleaning, former Assemblyman Russell G. Dunmore, 51, widely known legislator and attorney, was instantly killed in his home at New Hartford, Saturday afternoon. Mr. Dunmore's lifeless body was found by his wife when she returned from a shopping trip into Utica shortly before dinner time.
