Born on May 27, 1940, in Peoria Ill., to Levi and Ruth White Allen, she married Frederick J. Kaufmann Jr. on April 14, 1958, in Macomb, Ill. He preceded her in death on Aug. 17, 2002, in Peoria.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff, and grandson, Curtis.
Mary Ann had worked for both Armato's Pizza and Peoria Plastics.
