OBITUARY. Annie Wilson Licht, daughter of Wm. and Margaret Wilson, was born in Arlington, May 5th, 1879. She died May 31st, 1909, at the home of her sister, Mrs. Jessie McFarlane, on the old homestead, after a long illness of tuberculosis of the bowels. She was married to Ernest Licht March 23d, 1904. She leaves to mourn her death a devoted husband, four brothers--John D., Thos. K. and Leslie Wilson of Brookings, S. Dak., Will of Mangum, Ok., and one sister, Mrs. Jessie McFarlane.
The funeral services were held at the home of her sister Wednesday afternoon, June 2d, and were largely attended by loving friends and relatives, who showed their love by their offerings of a profusion of beautiful flowers. Rev. Hugh H. Owen officiated at the funeral taking for his text, Phil. 3: 10, giving the Christian such comfort in the hope and power of the Resurrection. They laid her to rest in beautiful Mt. Pleasant cemetery of Lodi.
Mrs. Annie Licht was a member of the Lodi Presbyterian church and she lived a consistent Christian life. Attending the funeral from away were J. D. Wilson and wife, Tom Wilson and wife of Brookings, S. Dak.; Mr. Licht of Reedsburg, father of Ernest Licht; his sister, Mrs. Gilbert Gardner of Madison, and her husband.
