Betty F. Unger, 82, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was the wife of Kenneth William Unger, who died March 7, 1989.
Born June 26, 1926, in Spring Grove, she was the daughter of the late Walter Ruth and Bessie Irene (Senft) Folcomer.
Mrs. Unger was employed as a nurse at Hanover Hospital for a number of years until her retirement. She was a member of Trinity U.C.C., Hanover, BPO Elks #763 Ladies Auxiliary, Spring Grove Historical Society, and the Hanover Lioness Club.
Surviving are a brother, William R. Folcomer of Spring Grove; two nieces; and two nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother and sister, Walter M. Folcomer and Nancy Ann Barrett.
There will be no public viewing. Services will be private.
