DEATHS -- CARL A. GOLEM
Carl A. GOLEM, 57, a native of Tonawanda, died early today at the Batavia Beterans Hospital after a prolonged illness. A veteran of World War I, he served with the tank Corps. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Eugne SHOUCK of York, Pa.; two brothers, Edward of Tonawanda and Albert of Easton, Pa.; and two sisters, Mrs. Louis DREIER and Mrs. Otto REICH of Tonawanda. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam street. The Rev. Walter F. Hetzel will officiate. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Frineds may call at the funeral home after 10.a.m. today. *05/01/2011.
