Patsy Grigg, 72, of Big Spring, died Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Trinity Baptist Church with Dr. Randy Cotton officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Memorial Park.

Patsy was born December 31, 1938 in Big Spring, Texas to Lila and Dennis Hayworth, Sr. She grew up in Big Spring.

Her ministry was music and she was a gifted pianist. She was part of Lester Roloff's Evangelistic Team for several years. She returned to Big Spring in 1966.

Sh married Pat Grigg on May 12, 1968 in Big Spring.

She had worked for the Selective Service, Webb Air Force Base and had retired from Social Security Administration in 1999.

She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

Patsy is survived by her husband Pat Grigg of Big Spring; one daughter: Laura Dumas and her husband James of Midland; two sons: Jason Grigg of Big Spring and Robyn Grigg of San Diego; two granddaughters: Hannah Dumas and Leah Dumas of Midland; one brother: Bob Hayworth of Amherst and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents: five brothers: Marlin Hayworth, Bill Hayworth, Bob Hayworth, L.D. Hayworth, Dennis Hayworth, Jr. and two sisters: Rose Medlin and Ima Dell Williams.

The family suggests memorials to Trinity Baptist Church Building Fund, Big Spring, Texas or Crestview Baptist Church Building Fund, Midland, Texas.
