Mrs. Davis was a member of Caribou United Baptist Church, the Bishop Philathea Class, the Florence Marshall Mission Circle and was also a life member of the W.C.T. U. A Gold Star Mother, she had taught school for several years in Woodland in the early 1900's.
She is survived by one son, Henry Davis of New Sweden; two daughters-in-law, Inza Bills of Bath, NY, and Lila Davis of Orlando, FL; 11 grandchildren, 32 great-granchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Mockler Funeral Home, Caribou, at 1 pm, Monday. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Caribou. (Bangor Daily News)
