CARRIER MILLS, Ill. — Shirley Faye Bulock, 56, of Carrier Mills died at 10:25 a.m. Sunday.
She was a certified nursing assistant and a member of Little Bible Church in Karbers Ridge.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Bulock; two sons, David Smith of Marion and Ronnie Wagoner of Carrier Mills; two daughters, Christal Sims of Carrier Mills and Beulah Wagoner of Marion; four brothers, Edward Mathews of Marion, Johnny Mathews of Cave-In-Rock, Roy Mathews of Elizabethtown and George Mathews of Marion; four sisters, Barb Tolbert of Elizabethtown, Charlene Price of Johnston City, Mae Cunningham of Rosiclare and Lisa Mathews of Hopkinsville, Ky.; 11 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Bulah Mae Winters Mathews; her adoptive parents, Henry and Mildred Craft; and a sister.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Lindsey officiating. Burial will follow in Adams Cemetery in Hardin County.
Friends may call after noon Thursday at the funeral home.
