Mrs. Kathryn M. Cober-Adams, 84, of Shanksville, formerly of Johnstown, died March 16, 1985, in Shanksville. Born April 22, 1900, in Berlin, a daughter of Edwin and Cora (Walker) Baldwin. Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Homer Cober; second husband, Samuel Adams; son, Henry Cober; daughter, Vera Brallier; brothers, Merle and Roy; and sisters, Myrtle Albright and Ruth Christner. Survived by grandsons, Robert Brallier and Ronald Cober, both of Johnstown; and David Brailier, Nashville, Tenn.; also four great-grandchildren. Sister of Vera Davis, Somerset. Member of Christ Lutheran Church, Johnstown. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, Johnstown, and from 1:30 to time of service at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Christ Lutheran Church, the Rev. Peter J. Naschke. Interment, Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Christ Lutheran Church.
