Chaffee resident Harry McBride died Friday Jan. 12, 1990 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was 64.
McBride was born in Blomeyer on Jan. 30, 1925, to the late Emmett and Bertha Cato McBride. He was a painter and wall paper hanger who retired 15 years ago.
On March 10, 1956 he married Mary Stanley, who survives.
Other survivors include four sons: Leonard Stanley of Chester, Il; Charles McBride and Terry McBride both of Chaffee; and Gary McBride of St. Louis.
Also surviving are three daughters: Nellie McBride; Bobbie Medley; and Wanda Owens all of Chaffee. Three brothers: Emmett McBride of Scott City, George McBride of Chaffee and Charles McBride of Marmaduke, Arkansas.
Two sisters: Laura Mansker of Chaffee; Betty Grojean of Gordonville and 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, one brother and two sisters.
Funeral service will be at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee at 1 pm today. Friends may call at the funeral chapel until the service begins.
The Rev. Murice Eagan will preside. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
