Dies At Age 89
A 50 - year resident of Lockport, Miss Ernestine M. LeDuc, 89, died at her home, 145 Spalding St., Sunday (Sept. 27, 1964).
Miss LeDuc was born March 31, 1875, at Beauharnois, Province of Quebec, Canada, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfonse LeDuc.
She was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church, the Altar and Rosary Society and the Sacred Heart League.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Laura Owens of Swormville, Mrs. Antoinette Stockwell of Springville, Ore., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held from the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday and at 10:30 a.m. at St. John's Church.
The Rev. Mennes LeDuc of the Dominican Fathers, Three Rivers West, Provincee of Quebec, Canada, a cousin of Miss LeDuc, will officiate at the Requiem Mass. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
