18-year-old Marty Ray Jones and his 17-year-old friend, Charles Cary Cobble were abducted by an acquaintance of theirs, Elmer Wayne Henley, on July 25, 1973. Both boys were lured to the home of serial killer Dean Corll. Two days later, Jones was strangled and his friend shot before both boys were buried in a corrugated iron boat house.
