Ethel Leona Wilson Blake Hadlock Naisbitt passed away peacefully on May 12, 2011 at her home. She was born January 23, 1912 in Ogden Utah, to Norabelle Faulkner and Lewis Dunbar Wilson. Leona married Charles Orville Blake in 1931; they later divorced. She married Lloyd Ray Hadlock in 1933; he preceded her in death. She married Edward Naisbitt who also preceded her in death.

She was an active member of the LDS Church serving faithfully in several callings, including the Primary. Leona was a member and helped organize the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, Camp Durfee. She was an active member of the Eagles Lodge. Leona enjoyed gardening, bowling, four wheeling and taking trips to Nevada. She loved spending time with her family.

Leona is survived by her sons, Charles "Bud" (Carol) Blake, Jack (Sharon) Hadlock, Bill (Eileen-deceased) Hadlock; 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren with two more on the way; also surviving are her sisters, Lois (Melvin) Waite, Dona Haws and Marva Willis. Leona had several foster-children she enjoyed over the years.

She was preceded in death by her three husbands; 10 brothers and sisters and daughter-in-law, Eileen Hadlock.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 16, 2011 at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., officiating Bishop Turner of the Rushton Heights Ward. .

Interment, Liberty City Cemetery, Liberty, Utah.

The family would like to express special thanks to Laurel Luna, of Kindred Keepers, for her care of and devotion to Leona for the past 8 years. Our thanks also to Inspiration Hospice.
