Theodore Bunch was born in Tennessee, on Feb. 3, 1899. His Father Jeremiah moved the family out of Tennessee in the early to mid. 20's to Oklahoma, where Theodore would meet and marry Flettie Jane Davis, in 1925, in Bennington, Bryan County. They had 4 children, a son- Berlin, a daughter- Bernice, a second son- Leroy, and the last child a third son,- Bobbie was born. After his fourth child, Bobbie was born, tragedy struck the family when Leroy passed away (I have never found any information on Leroy). After losing his second son, Theodore was told he had T.B. so he decided it was best he left the family, so he went to Texas, where one of his many sisters- Pearlie and her family had a farm. When disease spread through out the livestock, the family, along with Theodore made their way to California, where most of his family was heading. Theodore stayed with some family off and on. He had some jobs throughout that time, also. Theodore died on December 26, 1948., after being very ill, and in the hospital for some time. After leaving Oklahoma, Theodore never had any contact with any of his children, although Berlin did try at one point, during one of the times Theodore was in the hospital.
