ADDINK BABY
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 13, for Calvin Jay, 3 1/2 weeks old son of Mr. and Mrs. Dick Addink who passed away at the Methodist hospital at Sioux City on Sunday evening. The baby had been ailing since birth and had submitted to major surgery at the Sioux City hospital when only a few days old.
Services were held at the home, with Rev. Richard Venema officiating and burial took place at the Orange City cemetery with arrangments made by the Vander Ploeg funeral home.
