---Frank J. Hutchins, 84, passed away Sunday evening at Oaklawn hospital, where he had been admitted for medical care earlier in the week. Mr. Hutchins had been in poor health for over a year and had been critically ill since December 2,
---He was born in Hannibal, Mo., Oct. 4, 1860. His parents, George and Catherine Boehm Hutchins, returned to Marshall a year and a half later. His maternal grandparents, Philip and Madeleine Boehm, settled in Marshall in 1836. Theirs was the first farm house erected here. He was united in marriage with Katherine R. Smith, Sept. 28, 1887. To this union, one daughter, Madolin, was born, and she is the only survivor. Mr. Hutchins retired from active business life in 1928. He was a member of the Pedro club organized by the late Charles Owen.
---Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Court funeral home, with the Rev. Harry M. Laws of Trinity Episcopal church officiating. Burial will be in the family plot at Oakridge.
