Funeral Services for Carl O. Van Gilder, 57,formerly of Pekin, were held today at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home with burial in Olive Branch Cemetery, near Pekin.
He died Friday at Meadowview Healthcare Center in Salem.
He was a native of Borden, a self employed carpenter and a member of Non denominational Church. Survivors include a brother, John E Van Gilder of Borden and two sisters, Ruth Jackson of Fort Wayne and Florence Renn of Seneca, Kansas.
